WORKING TOGETHER

We know that it can be intimidating letting strangers into your home and most personal spaces. That’s why we want to ensure we’re all aligned before project day comes.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made 5 or more days in advance of the start date of work will incur no fees, and your non-refundable deposit will be retained for a future project. Cancellations made within 24 - 96 hours of the scheduled start date will incur a $89 cancellation fee.

PAYMENT

Payment is due in full at the end of each day of completed work, including projects requiring multiple days. Payment may be completed via cash, check, Venmo, PayPal, or credit card. Please note that credit card payments without the physical card present will incur a 4% transaction fee.

TRIP FEES

Projects that are farther than 35 miles away from Denver will incur a travel fee of $1 per mile (one way) per organizer, starting at $35.

SHOPPING

Our team will complete up to 3 hours per day of shopping or donation assistance. Items purchased for your home will be added to the bill at the end of the day, minus any items that were not used and will be returned. Our team will confirm purchase approval before leaving to shop for product. If you choose to purchase storage solutions in advance of our team’s arrival, we are happy to incorporate them. Please note that we are able to build shelving or other storage solutions, but that time is considered billable time during the project.

VALUABLES & DOCUMENTS

We ask that before any project starts, you identify or store any valuables or important documents within the project space. That way, our team will keep an eye on them and identify at the end of the day if they have been moved to make sure you know where all of your important items live. We never know what important item may be lurking under a pile that you need to remember the location of!

DONATIONS

The client has final authority over what is kept, discarded, or donated. If an item is donated and later regretted, we will make a good-faith effort to assist in recovering it. However, we are not responsible for any items once they have been removed from the premises.

PHOTOS

With your permission, we may take before-and-after photos for our portfolios and marketing. Client privacy is always respected— no names, faces, or identifiable information will be shared without explicit written consent.

MINIMUM HOURS

We book our project days with a minimum of 4 hours per day within 20 miles of Denver, and 5 hours per day 21+ miles. This allows us to make meaningful progress while respecting everyone’s time.

RETURN VISIT/SCOPE CREEP

We do our best to give accurate time and cost estimates for our projects. That being said, sometimes we don’t get it quite right. If we start a project and recognize it may go outside of the quote, we will discuss prioritization within the estimate or scheduling additional time, based on your interest.

CHILDREN

We love your kids, but want to make sure we’re able to focus on the projects and make the most out of your investment in our services! We ask that you do not leave children under the age of 8 unsupervised with us.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

To ensure the safety of both our team and clients, we require that any home with a recent or active infestation (including bed bugs, fleas, lice, rodents, or other pests) be professionally treated and certified clear before a session can take place.

Specifically:

  • Homes must be pest-free for at least 30 days following professional extermination.

  • We may ask for documentation of treatment from a licensed pest control service.

  • If a team member encounters signs of an active infestation during a session, they are instructed to stop work immediately and notify you. In this case, the full session fee may still apply.

We understand that this can be a sensitive topic and will treat it with discretion—but we have a responsibility to protect our staff and other clients from potential exposure.

If you have any questions about our policies, don’t hesitate to contact us here or during your intro call.
