Arrival & Setup

We arrive at 9 am, unless otherwise arranged. Sessions run a minimum of 4 hours, up to 10 hours if needed. We’ll begin with a quick walkthrough to align on your goals and end vision, and take ‘before’ pictures. We come prepared with snacks and label makers!

Donation & Disposal

We typically include donation drop-ff for items sorted during your session, when volume and logistics allow. For larger projects or specialty disposal needs, we’ll coordinate a plan that fits your scope and timeline.

End of Day

Before we check you out, we’ll do an end of the day walkthrough to play show and tell with the work we’ve done. We want to make sure you know where all of your belongings are, and that there isn’t anything we missed. Once we’ve got the green light, we’ll take ‘after’ photos and check you out.
