How Our Pricing Works

Simple Rates. Custom Solutions.

At Strategic Spaces, we believe in clear, upfront pricing. Every home and situation is unique, so we provide a custom quote after your free consultation call. This allows us to understand your needs and recommend the right number of organizers to complete the job efficiently.

The Basics.

  • Hourly Rate: $115 per organizer, per hour

  • Minimums: 4-5 hours depending on distance

  • Additional Fees: Supplies not included. Travel fees may apply. See Full Terms & FAQs.

What Size is Your Project?

Use these guidelines to estimate the scope of your organizing project. Your final quote will depend on the number of organizers, size of the space, and your goals for the session. For more information about the day-of orchestration, visit our Project Day page here.

All projects are led by Amy, with additional professional organizers brought in when extra hands are needed.

Small Project

One organizer (Amy) for half a day to a full day. Great for maintaining a previously organized space, small spaces such as entry closets, bathrooms, and pantries, or any space with minimal decluttering.

$460-$920

Medium Project

Two organizers for a half to a full day, typically Amy plus a trusted assistant organizer. Great for moderate-sized or multi-function spaces such as kitchens, bedrooms with closets, home offices, playrooms, or packing a one bedroom apartment.

Large Project

A team of organizers for a full day multiple days, assembled based on project size. Think full house packing or unpacking, multiple room organizing, or organizing in a space that requires significant decluttering.

i'm ready

First Time Client Session - $90/hr

A reduced introductory rate for your first session. Great for getting started, making sure that organizing is what you need, and building momentum in your home. Travel clients not eligible.

After your first session, regular hourly rate applies: $115/hr.

$50 Thank You for Referrals

Love your newly organized space? Share the experience with a friend! When someone you refer books their first session, you’ll receive $50 cash as our thanks. There’s no limit—refer as many people as you’d like.

  • Strategic Spaces provides full lifecycle service for your project.

    Services included in Strategic Spaces work are:

    • Product Acquisition
      We source the right products for your space, whether that’s moving supplies, bins, shelving, or organizational essentials. Shopping and sourcing time is included as part of your project so you don’t have to manage the logistics.

    • Donation Coordination
      We handle donation sorting and drop-offs and do our best to ensure items go to organizations that will actually accept and use them. All donation coordination and transport are included as part of your project time.

    • Paint Recycling
      We’re happy to recycle up to 5 gallons of latex paint. While we’re unable to dispose of hazardous materials, we can point you toward responsible disposal resources in your area.

    • Personalized Approach
      Every home and every project is different. Your space is organized to fit your lifestyle, routines, and long-term maintenance needs.

      What’s Not Included

    • The cost of supplies
      Any boxes, tape, bins, or other materials purchased for your project will be added to your invoice at cost (always confirmed with you in advance).

    • Large-scale trash or recycling haul-away
      For significant volumes of trash or bulky items, we can connect you with trusted local partners who specialize in removal.

  • The duration varies based on the scope and complexity of the project. For instance, organizing a single room might take a few hours, while a whole-home organization could span several sessions. During our initial consultation, we'll assess your needs and provide an estimated timeline tailored to your project. Visit our blog post here to learn how your space can be calculated.   • Not necessarily. We strive to utilize existing storage solutions whenever possible. If additional products would improve the organization of your space, we can recommend items that fit your style and budget. Any purchases will be discussed and approved by you beforehand. Our team can purchase items same-day and add any that are used to your bill at the end of the day. If you choose to purchase shelving or other solutions in advance that require construction, please note that our team is able to build them, but that time is considered billable.

  • Not much! We want to make sure we understand the full scope of your space and needs, so don’t feel the need to make any drastic changes before we come. That being said, if we’re organizing your bedroom or closet, please separate out any dirty laundry, or try to run a load of laundry before we arrive so that we can make plans to fit all of your items in. Similarly, try to have the majority of your dishes and large pots and pans clean and available to organize. See project day for more information.
